Healthy and delicius khajur- ragi cake



Ingredients:

   1.    Khajur paste – 1 cup 

   2.   Ragi(Nachani) flaur- 2 cup

   3.   Eggs- 2

   4.   Butter- 1 cup

   5.   Sugar- 2 cup

   6.   Baking powder- 1 tbsp

   7.   Esence- any flavor




Method:

   1.    Take a bowl. Add eggs, sugar and butter.

   2.   Rinse it and add ragi flaur and khajur paste.

   3.   Then add baking powder, essence.

   4.   Rinse it properly.

   5.   Take a cake bowl and Spread the ghee and flaur due to this we can remove baked cake from this bowl.
 
   6.   Above mix is pour into this bowl.

   7.   Put into oven on 175 c for 45 minutes.

Note: we can put bowl into cooker for 45 minutes but remove shitti from pressure cooker.
