Kolhapuri chicken pulao



Ingredients:

   1.    Chicken- 1 kg
   2.   Rice- 1 kg
   3.   Onion- 5 to 6
   4.   Tomato- 2
   5.   Coconut- Dried coconut- 1/2 cup
                  Fresh coconut- 1/2 cup
   6.   Coriander leaves- ½ cup
   7.   Ginger- Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   8.   Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
   9.   Salt to taste.
   10.  Oil

For masala:

2 onions chopped, 1 tomato chopped, Ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves take together and grind softly.



Method:

    1.    Wash chicken properly. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp of oil. 
    2.   After heating oil, add chopped onion and fry it properly.
    3.   Add salt to taste and turmeric powder and add washed chicken.
    4.   Stir up to chicken makes soft.
   5.   Take a pan and heat oil. Add long chopped onion and fry up to golden color comes.
   6. Then add above grinded masala and fry it up to oil comes from side of masala.
    7.   Add salt to taste. Add water and boil it.
    8.   After boiling water, add rice and cook half.
    9.   After rice cook half, add cooked chicken and mix it properly.
    10.Then stir up to rice makes soft or cook.
    11. Finally, ready to serve “Kolhapuri chicken pulao” .
