Veg hakka noodles



Ingredients:

    1.    Cauliflower- ½ cup
    2.   Carrot- 2
    3.   Noodles- 1 pack
    4.   Oil
    5.   Simla mirch- 2
    6.   Onion bar- 1
    7.   Salt to taste
    8.   Soy sauce- 4 to 5 drop
    9.   Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
    10. Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
    11.  Chili sauce- 1 tbsp



Method:

    1.  Boil water and add noodles and stir it.

    2.   Remove noodles from water and add oil on noodles.

    3.   Chop all vegetables small.

    4.   Take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and fry vegetables.

    5.   After frying it add boiled noodles and fry it.

    6.   Then add salt to taste and pepper powder. Fry well.

    7.   Finally,” Veg Hakka noodles” is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
