Palak paneer



Ingredients:

   1.  Spinach- 2 cup, Boiled and paste
   2.   Paneer- 250 gms
   3.   Green chili- 3 to 4
   4.   Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
   5.   Tomato puree- 1 cup
   6.   Palak paneer masala- 1 pack
   7.   Oil as per require
   8.   Ginger- garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   9.   Fresh cream- 1 tbsp


Method:
   1.    Make cubes of paneer and shallow fry in some oil.
   2.   Take spinach and boil in some water. Take boiled leaves and green chili, grind and make paste of it.
   3.   Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds.
   4.   Then add Ginger- garlic paste and fry it.
   5.   After fry, add tomato puree and fry for 5 minutes.
   6.   Then add spinach paste and cook for 10 minutes.
   7.   Add salt to taste and fried paneer.
   8.   After it makes ready, then add fresh cream.
   9.   Finally, Ready to serve “Palak paneer” with chapatti or roti.
